Salt-cured tuna loin, also called “Sea Cured Ham“.

This tuna fillet, fished using traditional methods, is a delicacy from the South Coast of Spain.

It can be served alone, very thinly sliced, with toasted almonds, raw tomatoes and always accompanied by good wine.

Ingredients

Tuna -FISH- (Thunnus Albacares) extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil and salt.
