    Ingredients: Kiele sardine fillet, slice of toasted bread, lettuce, onion and mayonnaise.

    Preparation:

    Chop the lettuce and onion and add mayonnaise. Spread the mixture onto the slice of toast and then crown with the Kiele sardine fillet.

  • Toast with anchovies in vinegar and olive oil

    Ingredients: Slice of toasted bread, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, Kiele anchovies in vinegar.

    Preparation:

    Marinate the Kiele anchovies in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chopped parsley for five minutes. Then place the anchovies onto the toast and serve.

    Ingredients:
    • 1 loaf of bread.
    • 1 clove of garlic.
    • Salmorejo.
    • Anchovies in vinegar.
    • Slices of cured ham.

    Preparation:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the loaf of bread into thin slices (1 cm thick) and toast in the oven until golden.

    Remove the toast from the oven, add a tablespoon of salmorejo, then add the anchovies in vinegar.

    Finally, place strips of cured ham on top and add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with a little chopped parsley and serve.

  • Fresh tomato with cured tuna fillets

    Ingredients: Sliced fresh tomato, soft sheep’s cheese, almonds, Kiele cured tuna fillets.

    Preparation:

    Place the slices of fresh tomato in a dish, place several slices of soft sheep’s cheese on top, then crown with Kiele cured tuna fillets. Finally, chop the almonds and sprinkle over the dish.

    Preparation:

    Toast the slices of bread then spread with a layer of salmorejo. Crown with the Kiele cured tuna fillet.

    • Lemon juice (drops).
    • Guacamole.

    Preparation:

    Strain the anchovy fillet and add a few drops of lemon juice. Form the guacamole into a ball and place it on the toast, wrap the anchovy fillet around it and enjoy the fusion of flavours!
