Anchovy is a small fish whose loins once hand-cleaned one by one, are marinated in vinegar, water and salt. Its flesh is white and bright and its skin is plump and succulent. With a fine and smooth taste of vinegar, it can be consumed directly or seasoned with olive oil, garlic and parsley.
Our product is made only with fresh anchovies from the Mediterranean, Cantabrian and Atlantic in a traditional way to ensure fulfills consumer satisfaction of all their expectations about quality, taste and health.
We use only natural food preservatives (oil, salt and vinegar). Kiele submits its products to a process for preventing Anisakis according to the European Regulation (EC) 853/2004. This product contains no gluten. Oily fish is rich in Omega 3 and, therefore, it helps to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
White anchovy – FISH- (Engraulis encrasicolus). White anchovy fillet, wine vinegar and salt.
