Toast with anchovies in vinegar and guacamole


  • Kiele anchovies in vinegar.
  • Toasted bread (sliced thinly or thickly according to preference).
  • Lemon juice (drops).
  • Guacamole.

Preparation: Strain the anchovy fillet and add a few drops of lemon juice. Form the guacamole into a ball and place it on the toast, wrap the anchovy fillet around it and enjoy the fusion of flavours!
